Terms and Conditions

Gratis is a members-only platform that introduces hospitality venues to vetted content creators. Gratis is a trading name of Picante Marketing Management LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@joingratis.co.

Gratis makes introductions. When a venue and a creator are matched, they arrange the visit and the content between themselves. Gratis is not a party to that arrangement, does not manage bookings, does not collect or host the content produced, and does not guarantee any outcome for either side.

Membership is by application and is curated. Applying does not create any right to membership; we review every application by hand and accept only creators who fit the network. We may not respond to every application. We may decline or remove any member at our discretion.

You must be 18 or over to apply. By submitting an application you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you provide is accurate and about you, and that the social accounts you list are yours.

Creators produce video content for venues in exchange for a comped experience (a meal, drinks, an event or similar), not a cash fee. By accepting an invitation to a venue, a creator agrees to: attend as arranged (or give reasonable notice), be responsive in arranging the visit, produce the agreed content, and grant the venue the usage rights described at the point of the match. No employment, agency, or partnership relationship is created between you and Gratis, or between you and any venue, by using the platform.

We may suspend or remove members who fail to attend arranged visits, fail to deliver agreed content, misrepresent themselves or their audience, or behave in a way that harms venues, other members or Gratis.

By applying you agree that we will contact you about your application and membership by WhatsApp and email. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, Gratis provides the platform "as is", is not liable for the acts or omissions of venues or creators, and our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to [TO CONFIRM: amount to be set by our legal advisers].

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to is recorded with your application; material changes will be notified to members.
